SUNDAY MORNING YOUTH GROUP CONFIRMATION 2011-2012 Classes will start in October. For specific dates, watch upcoming issues of the bulletin and in the Grace Notes!
NATIONAL YOUTH GATHERING July 18-22, 2012 ELCA youth will gather again in New Orleans, to stand with the saints of God in that place. Why go back? Because New Orleans has more to teach us about fresh starts made possible by the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. New Orleans has more to teach us about generosity and about how to be good neighbors. New Orleans has more to teach us about the house that God is building. Please join us in the summer of 2012 in New Orleans. There is more to be done, and more to learn. Registration opens on Oct. 9! Register with a $50 check made to HAGL. Talk to Matt or go to www.elca.org/gathering for more info. We will again be parking cars for the Rose Parade (Jan. 2, 2011). All proceeds to benefit the youth attending the National Youth Gathering in New Orleans this coming July. Please contact Matt to sign up and help. We will have a brief planning meeting following the second church service on Dec. 18. Meet in the Youth Room at 12:15pm. ALL adults and youth (6th grade and up) are welcome and needed.
